NBCUniversal’s #1 cable channel, USA Network, sought out our team to pitch and create a pioneering “2nd Screen” experience for the new series, Graceland.
I was a User Experience Designer on this project and responsible for concept design, user flows, wireframes, leading ideation workshops, and design reviews. I was brought back during the implementation phase to improve project management processes and tools as well as improve the management of design resources.
We approached “2nd Screen” as an opportunity to enhance story, plot, and character development rather than a more traditional marketing approach.
Our team produced Graceland Undercover, an interactive, sync experience with 60 additional digital scenes that enhance each of the on-air episodes with additional plot and character development.
